1. What Saga Studio AI is

Saga Studio AI is a validation-beta web studio for generating stories, prompts, images, audio, and video with third-party AI services. Free account registration is open. Paid top-ups are available. Prize challenges remain paused.

Creating an account requires active acceptance of these Terms and confirmation that you are at least 18. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.

2. Credits and billing

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Saga Studio AI to create or attempt to create:

The underlying model providers run their own content moderation and may reject prompts; rejected renders are not charged. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited content. You also may not probe, overload, or interfere with the service itself — including scraping, automated bulk account creation, or attempts to bypass billing.

4. Your content

Your work belongs to you. As between you and Saga, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you own your prompts, reference media, and generated outputs. Saga claims no ownership in them and assigns to you any right, title, or interest Saga may acquire in a generated output. Copyright or other protection for AI-generated material can still depend on applicable law, your creative contribution, and the selected provider's terms.

Your account library is private. Other Saga users and routine Saga administrator tools cannot open your prompts, references, generated files, or private library. Saga receives only the narrow technical permission needed to transmit your request to the selected provider, store the result for your account, deliver it to you, secure the service, and delete it when you delete the work or close the account. This permission does not allow Saga to publish, market, sell, license, or train on your work.

Saga personnel do not have a routine content-access path. Human access may occur only when you deliberately send content to support, separately submit it through an explicit public-submission licence, or access is legally required. Operational dashboards use account-scoped content and aggregate service statistics.

Before submitting prompts or media, you must make a one-time, versioned agreement not to submit sensitive, confidential, or unauthorized content. This includes passwords or identity documents, financial, health or intimate data, confidential business material, and another person's media or likeness without permission. The agreement is recorded once and is not shown again unless this rule materially changes.

Provider retention and training policies vary by model and route. You are responsible for permissions, lawful use, and required AI-generated or synthetic-media disclosure.

5. Privacy and data

The Privacy Notice explains the data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention, and rights. In particular:

6. Accounts and eligibility

You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You must be at least 18 to create an account and purchase credits, and you may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise. Keep your credentials safe — anyone with your session can spend your balance; tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You can download your data or close your account from Billing. Deletion requires a zero balance and no active generation or pending payment; if a remainder too small to spend is blocking closure, support will clear it to zero — that write-off is not a payout. We may close accounts that violate these terms. Unspent balance is not refunded on closure, whether you close the account or we do (section 2).

7. Challenges and public submissions

No prize challenge is open unless a challenge page states the dates, free entry route, eligibility, skill-based judging rubric, judges, prize, winner process, privacy details, and complete Official Rules. Buying credits, following, sharing, tagging, or accepting marketing cannot improve the chance of winning.

You retain ownership of a submitted work. Private account content is never entered or published automatically. Any right for Saga to showcase or promote a work must be stated in a separate, unticked submission licence that you actively accept for that specific submission. Saga will not use a challenge entry for model training or sell it as a standalone asset. Optional marketing email consent is separate from entry.

8. Service and availability

The model roster, rates, and features change as providers change. We may modify or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free generation. To the extent permitted by law, Saga is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced before they take effect and, where required, will need active acceptance. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and close your account. Balance you bought before a change is treated under the terms that were in force when you bought it.
